Park Ventures Ecoplex on Witthayu:

Skyline is currently carrying out glazing of 250 kg double glazed units. The inclined elevations of this iconic mixed development prohibit the use of traditional access methods. Skyline was contracted to site glaze over 220 DGUs using structural silicone to meet the tight schedule of zero defects imposed by a demanding Client.

Sathorn Square Office Tower:

Skyline is completing defect list work to the external facade of this landmark development, having recently concluded installation and waterproofing of the sloping roof at 150 meters atop this premier office development. The 1250sq.m of roof materials consists of polycarbonate sheets, aluminum louver profiles and waterproof flashing. Each element was site dimensioned and cut on site for installation. Skyline met the tight schedule despite design changes and inclement weather during the installation period.

The Pano Condominium:

Skyline mobilized labour and materials to restore and replace over 800sq.m of damaged glass on this unsurpassed 175m high riverfront condominium tower. Our professional approach to the task expedited the works and minimized tenant claims against the Client. We are currently installing external glass balustrades to the Penthouse.

Renaissance Hotel:

Skyline are currently engaged in the installation of 1560 sq.m of aluminum cladding, louvers and balustrades at the upper floors of this 5 star Hotel tower. The restricted access at the job site necessitates the use of specialist access workers to carry out the installation works to a very high standard.

4Points by Sheraton Hotel:

Skyline has been commissioned to install facade lighting and undertake glass replacement works to this 5 star hotel tower. The curved aspects of the facade necessitate all works being undertaken by skilled Spiderman installers.
